2. Big Ideas Scavenger Hunt! For this activity you will need three tabs open on your Chromebook:



  • Scavenger Hunt Recording Sheet: Make a copy and move it to your math folder. You will record the answers to the scavenger hunt on this document.
  • Scavenger Hunt page in the book: To find this, log into the online textbook (remember the sign in information is on the blog), click the green book, then click "Scavenger Hunt" (it is towards the bottom of the list on the left). 
  • Chapter 1 of the online textbook: Go back to the tab with the list of chapters. Click on "Chapter 1". You can use any of the links along the left side to look for the items.


Homework: Go through the Scavenger Hunt with a parent and show them where all of the items are. Once you've finished walking a parent through the Scavenger Hunt, have them sign the slip handed out in class.
